Merit-Based Scholarships
Merit-based scholarships are awarded to students who demonstrate exceptional academic achievement, leadership, or other talents, regardless of financial need.

Eligibility:
Minimum GPA of 3.9, top 5% of graduating class, exceptional standardized test scores, demonstrated leadership
Renewal Criteria:
Maintain a 3.5 GPA and full-time enrollment

Submit the Presidential Scholarship application and admission application
Deadline:
January 15, 2025
Scholarship for students with outstanding academic achievement.
Eligibility:
Minimum GPA of 3.7, top 10% of graduating class, strong standardized test scores
Renewal Criteria:
Maintain a 3.3 GPA and full-time enrollment
How to Apply:
Submit the Dean's Scholarship application and admission application
Deadline:
January 15, 2025
Scholarship for students with strong academic performance.
Eligibility:
Minimum GPA of 3.5, top 15% of graduating class, above-average standardized test scores
Renewal Criteria:
Maintain a 3.0 GPA and full-time enrollment

Automatically considered with admission application

Scholarship for National Merit Finalists who designate Rhodes Island Academy as their first-choice college.
